Charles Rudolph Koch Jr., 80, died at his home on Wednesday, June 22, 2011.
A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2011, at 2 p.m. at St. Paul United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jim Harry officiating. The family will receive friends after the service in the church parlor.
Charles was a building materials sales representative serving Eastern North and South Carolina. He was widely known as a professional clock maker. Charles served his country in the United States Navy.
Charles is survived by his spouse, Rosa "Rose" C. Koch; one brother, Cary Stephen Koch and numerous nieces and nephews.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Rudolph Koch Sr., and wife, Constance Paul Koch; one sister, Joyce Koch Kapetanakis; and one brother, Richard Frederick Koch.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul United Methodist Church at 204 East Chestnut St., Goldsboro, NC 27530.
