INEZ H. WIGGINS

Celia Inez Hamilton Wiggins, 82, passed away Saturday morning.
A private memorial service for the family will be held.
Inez was born in Carteret County to the late Ray and Pensa Hamilton. She graduated from East Carolina College, now known as East Carolina University. Inez taught in the public school system for many years before joining her husband in the family business.
Inez is survived by her husband, Kenneth Wiggins; her children, Gail Drew and husband, Jim, Ken Wiggins and wife, Mary, Carol Ann Murray, and Mike Wiggins and wife, Christie; her brother, Cecil Hamilton of Florence, S.C.; her grandchildren, Jonathan Drew, Charlie Drew, Kenneth Wiggins III, Mary Grace Wiggins, Mark Murray, Mathew Murray, Will Murray, Caraleigh Mewborn and Michael Wiggins; one great-grandchild, Chelsea Murray; and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by a special friend, Melba Hamm.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Vera H. Stell and Elsie H. Geiss.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked memorials be given to the Goldsboro YMCA, P.O. Box 10355, Goldsboro, NC 27532, or to St. Paul United Methodist Church, 204 E. Chestnut St., Goldsboro, NC 27530.
