Evangelist Brenda Bass-Taswell, 521 Boxwood Lane, Goldsboro, departed this earthly life Jan. 30, 2011, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A service of remembrance will be held Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, from the chapel of Howell Funeral Home in Goldsboro at 11 a.m.
A viewing will be held Friday, Feb. 4, 2011, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home Chapel. The family will be present from 6 to 7 p.m.
She is survived by her husband, Leo Taswell Jr.; four children, Tavarius Bass, Donald (Helen) Armstrong Jr., Shereen Armstrong and Brian (Jamesha) Armstrong; 15 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
