James Keith Coombs, 54, passed away suddenly Thursday at his home.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home, with the Rev. Wayne Nelson officiating. The family will greet friends following the service. Interment will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
Keith was born in Wayne County on Jan. 12, 1956, to the late James Coombs and Ada Edmundson Coombs. He was employed as a sales representative for Coastal Metal Services in Goldsboro. Keith was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Keith is survived by his wife, Lib Sasser Coombs; his sister, Janice Coombs Bryan and husband, Don, of Shines Crossroads; his nieces, Danielle Bryan and Natalie Bryan; his aunt, Louise Stafford of Goldsboro; his uncle and aunt, Carlton R. and Nora Edmundson of Goldsboro; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jack and Sara Sasser of Goldsboro; and his sister-in-law, Diane Woodard and husband Ronnie of Princeton.
