KIM T. BADSTEIN

Kim Tart Badstein, 48, passed away suddenly Saturday at her home.
Kim was born in Wayne County to Jean Poole Adams of Goldsboro and the late Bruce A Tart Sr.
She was a graduate of Princeton High School, and had worked as a physical therapy technician.
Kim enjoyed working with arts and crafts, but had a great love for her K-9 friends.
A service to celebrate Kim's life will be held Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home, with the Rev. Danny Freuler officiating.
The family will receive friends Tuesday following the service, and other times at the home of her brother and sister-in-law, Bruce and Dianne Tart, 101 Londonderry Drive in Goldsboro.
In addition to her mother, Kim is survived by her husband, Scott Badstein; her son, Robert Casey Ferrell of Georgia; her brother, Bruce Tart Jr. and wife, Dianne, of Goldsboro; her stepbrother, Freddie Adams Jr. and wife, Norlette, of Goldsboro, her stepsisters, Lori Strickland and husband, William, of Wilson, Wendy Adams Pinkham and husband, Jim, of Charlotte and Frankie Adams Dawson and husband, Brian, of Goldsboro; her grandchildren, Triston, Nicole and Ethan; her nephew and niece, Bryson and Regan Tart; and her stepson, Nicholas Jason Badstein. She is also survived by her special aunts, Marie Williams of St. Paul and Jackie Duncan and husband, Don, of Cornelius.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Freddie Adams Sr.
