Antonio Donzell Apple-white, 22, 520 Leslie St., died Thursday at Pitt Memorial Hospital in Greenville.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Bear Creek Missionary Baptist Head-quarters. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery.
He is survived by his parents, Samuel Bryant and Pamela Applewhite Blount, and his stepfather, Roger Blount.
Visitation will be Monday from 2 until 6 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries, 900 S. George St. The family will receive friends at 120 Nugget Drive, Dudley N.C. 28333, where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
