RANDOLPH M. EDWARDS

SNOW HILL -- Mr. Randolph Miles "Randy" Edwards, 73, passed away Friday, Sept. 4, 2009 at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 7, at Edwards Family Cemetery, 1922, Free Gospel Church Road, Snow Hill, with the Rev. Ronnie Heath officiating.
He was born June 26, 1936, the son of Robert and Mary Bryant Edwards.
His surviving family includes his wife, Betty Ann Edwards; daughters, Debra Shackelford, Belinda Ellis and husband, Marshall, all of Snow Hill, Kim Grady and husband, Tommy, of Kinston, Tara Wilmoth and husband, Steve, of Dickson Tenn., Dana Marvin and husband, Doug, of Carmichael, Pa.; a son, Rod Edwards of Mytle Beach S.C.; sisters, Betty Prescott of Farmville, and Edna Eastwood of Fountain; a brother, Rudolph "Bud" Edwards of Fountain; 15 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends today from 6 until 8 p.m. at Taylor-Tyson Funeral Service in Snow Hill and other times at the family residence 1922, Free Gospel Road, Snow Hill.
