ROCKY MOUNT -- Dr. George Rufus Ratchford Jr., 77, died Friday.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the First Presbyterian Church. Funeral arrangements by Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home, 1130 N. Winstead Ave., Rocky Mount, NC 27804.
