Leah Rae Witker Peters, 71, 2905 McLain St., died Saturday at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Wayne Memorial Park.
Born in Toledo, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Witker and Myrle Wilbur Witker.
Family members will greet friends Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Peters is survived by her husband, Martin Peters, and four children.
Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home of Goldsboro is serving the family.
