MOUNT OLIVE -- Victoria Phillips Whittaker, 95, 711 S. Chestnut St., died today at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Among her survivors is a daughter, Eldress Dorothy McDaniel of the home.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and are being handled by Garris Funeral Home.
