MOUNT OLIVE -- Fannie Mae Best Allen, 74, of Mount Olive, died Palm Sunday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A viewing will be held Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. with the family present from 6 to 7 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro. Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at the chapel of Howell Funeral Home with burial following at Maplewood Cemetery in Mount Olive.
She was born in Wayne County on April 16, 1934, to the late John Allen and Leolia Bowden Best.
Mrs. Allen leaves to cherish her memories two children.
Arrangements are being handled by Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
