Arthur Lee Norville, 66, of E. Rose St., went home to be with his Lord on Friday.
Homegoing services will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2008, at noon at Greater Guiding Star United Holy Church in Goldsboro where he was a member and served as senior usher. Elder Joseph Williams Sr. will officiate. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery.
He was the son of the late Mary Taylor, Will Daniels and Willie Norville Sr.
He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife, Swanetta Hinnant Norville; two daughters, Gwen Johnson of Suffolk, Va., Nortorshia Norville Swinson and her husband, James, of Farmville; one brother, James Edward Norville and his wife, Carol, of Goldsboro; two sisters, Bertha Lee Johnson of Goldsboro, Katherine Wooten of Newport News, Va.; one adopted sister, Minister Gloria Howell and her husband, Thomas, of Dudley; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The viewing will be held at the church one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
