FAYETTEVILLE - Jarvis Spencer, 67, 6201 Glenlea Circle, died on Tuesday at his residence. He was retired from the U.S. Army.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 4 p.m. at Wiseman Mortuary Chapel. Burial will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery.
Public viewing will be held Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Wiseman Mortuary.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Spencer, of the home; two sons, Derick and Louis; one daughter, Laurie; a sister, Albertha Johnson; a brother, Douglas G. Spencer; and seven grandchildren.
