MOUNT OLIVE -- Virginia Dale Ingram, 56, 189 Bennett's Bridge Road, died Sunday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Tuesday at Tyndall Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Olive, with the Rev. Mike Barnette officiating. Visitation will follow the service at the funeral home and at other times at the residence. Committal and burial will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Pate Cemetery.
She was formerly employed as a waitress at Seven Springs Restaurant. Her father, James C. Ingram, preceded her in death.
She is survived by her special friend, Franklin Price of the home; her mother, Alice Gates Ingram Batten of Wilson; a son, Lynwood Barnett Jr. and wife, Terry, of LaGrange; two daughters, Pamela Cawthon and husband, Roy, of Hampstead and Jamie Ballard and husband, Scott, of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; a sister, Gloria Ingram of Wilson; three brothers, James R. Ingram of Pikeville, Johnny K. Ingram of Wilson and Ronnie Ingram of Elm City; seven grandchildren, Ashley Dale and Nicholas Tingen, Hunter and Coy Barnett, Matthew Littleton, Allison Millar and Hunter Ballard.
