Marshall Edwin Cox, 75, 3109 Wayne Memorial Dr., died Friday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Glenn Everett officiating. Burial will be in the Cox-Thompson Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home and other times at his home.
