FAYE P. JONES

Faye Pierce Jones, 64, of 301 East Station Street in Mount Olive, died early Wednesday morning at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday from the chapel of Tyndall Funeral Home. Dr. Dennis Atwood and the Rev. Jimmy Swinson will officiate. Interment will follow in Wayne Memorial Park.
She was the youngest of two daughters born to Walter and Lillian Jackson Pierce, both of whom are deceased. She was a long-time member of the First Baptist Church of Mount Olive and was a homemaker and child care attendant.
She is survived by her husband, J. Russell Jones of the home; three daughters, Cynthia Jones of the home, Teresa J. Lewis and husband, Eddie of Mount Olive, and Lori J. Spurgeon and husband, Michael of Mount Olive; two sons, Timothy Russell Jones and wife, Phyllis of Goldsboro, and Jeffrey Dean Jones of Boone; a sister, Nadine P. Duncan of Mount Olive; and eight grandchildren, Joshua Lewis, Lindsey Lewis, Chelsie Spurgeon, Chad Spurgeon, Heather Anthony, Hailey Jones, Madison Jones, and Ashton Jones.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 until 9 p.m. tonight, and at other times at the residence.
