ROSE HILL -- The funeral for Naomi Hobbs, 65, of Brooklyn, N.Y., (formerly of Duplin County) will be held Thursday at 2 pm. at St. Luke Holiness Church of Rose Hill with the Rev. Anthony Flow officiating. Burial will be in the Hobbs Family Cemetery of Kenansville.
She died Aug. 24 at Brooksdale Hospital of Brooklyn.
She was the daughter of the late Robert and Allie McKinley Hobbs.
She is survived by a daughter, Kathleen Hobbs of Tampa, Fla.; and brother, Ben Hobbs of Brooklyn; a sister, Ruth Leak of Greensboro; and two grandchildren.
The funeral procession will line up Thursday at 1 p.m. at 301 Best St., Warsaw.
The viewing will be held today from 4 to 7 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m.
