MACON, Ga. -- Permelia Kornegay Seeney of Philadelphia, Pa., (formerly of Goldsboro) died Monday.
She was the sister of Elois Kornegay and Andrew Kornegay of Goldsboro.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
The family will receive friends at 605 Slaughter St.
