JARVIS SUTTON
The funeral for Jarvis Benton Sutton, 89, 755 Ruskin Road, Dudley, will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at St. Mark Church of Christ. The Rev. Harold Daniel will officiate. Burial will be in the First Congregational Church Cemetery, Dudley.
Mr. Sutton is survived by three daughters, Martha McKinnie, Arzie Mason and Oglatha Sutton of Goldsboro; six sons, George Sutton, Terrance Sutton, Jarvis Sutton Jr., Charles Sutton and Edward Sutton of Dudley and Richard Sutton of Durham; one sister, Georgia Lee Harper of Fremont; and 17 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren
The viewing hours will be from 2 until 4 p.m. on Wednesday at McIntyre Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends during a wake from 6 until 8 on Wednesday evening at the First Congregational Church in Dudley, and other times at the residence.
