Funeral services for Otis Lee Artis will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4 until 7 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home and Crematory, with the family present from 6 until 7 p.m.
