KENLY -- James R. Renfrow, 94, of 6416 N.C. Hwy. 581, died Thursday at his home.
The funeral was held Saturday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Coley Funeral Home, with Dr. Sefton Strickland officiating. Burial was in Buckhorn Cemetery.
Mr. Renfrow is survived by his wife, Lillie Mae Renfrow; three daughters, Margaret Bailey of Garner, Betty Fulghum of Virginia and Ann Williamson of Virginia; two sisters, Margie Worley and Hazel Bridgers of Kenly; and seven grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
The family received friends at the funeral home during the hour prior to the service on Saturday.
