The funeral for Catherine Peele Lofton, 81, of 506 S. Oleander St., will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at St. Mark Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ. The Rev. Donald Graham will officiate. Burial will be in Old Mill Cemetery.
Survivors include one daughter, Peggy Martin; four sons, Johnnie Mack Lofton, Odell Lofton, Jerry Lofton, Danny Lofton; one brother, the Rev. Robert Peele; one sister, Elouise Royal; and 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The viewing hours will be from 2 until 6 on Sunday afternoon at McIntyre Funeral Home.
