MARGARET A. SUTTON

LAGRANGE -- Margaret Aldridge Sutton, 78, of 5224 Paul's Path Road, died Sunday at Lenoir Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be held tonight at 7 in the chapel of Rouse Funeral Home. The Rev. Brad Williamson will officiate. A committal service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
Mrs. Sutton was born in Lenoir County to the late Marvin Lee Aldridge Sr. and Vivian Benton Aldridge. She retired as a clerk with the U.S. Postal Service and was a member of LaGrange First Free Will Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Joel E. Sutton; one son, Joel E. Sutton Jr., and wife, Amelia, of Hillsborough; and a granddaughter, Stephanie Sutton of Bar Harbor, Maine.
The family will receive friends at Rouse Funeral Home following the service tonight, and other times at the residence.
