ETHELENE SPENCE

DEEP RUN -- Ethelene Craft Spence, 92, of Deep Run passed away on Friday.
Mrs. Spence was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband, John Robert Spence; parents, Forrest Craft and Nora Craft Elks; brothers, Donnie Craft and Leslie Craft; and sisters, Nora Craft and Mary Jane Craft.
She is survived by her daughters, Nellie Jane Pate of Kinston and Margaret Spence Potter of Seven Springs; sons, Clarence Pete Spence of Deep Run and John Robert Spence of Ayden; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and brother, Herman L. Craft of Chinquapin.
Visitation will be 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Garner Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Spence Family Cemetery in Kinston.
