CARRIE PEACOCK

Carrie Louise Peacock, 86, of the Meadows of Goldsboro, died Saturday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
The funeral was held Monday at 1 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery in Fremont.
Mrs. Peacock was born in Johnston County to the late Manley and Lula Mae Holland. She was the widow of Wade Alfred Peacock.
Surviving are two sons, Sherwood Peacock of Goldsboro and John Peacock of Greensboro; one daughter, Bonnie Mooring of Greensboro; one brother, William Holland of Virginia; one sister, Mary Lee of Delaware; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
