HILDA WEAVER

Hilda Anderson Weaver, 80, died Monday at her home at 301 Magnolia Drive, Pamlico Village, in Washington, N.C.
The funeral will be held Friday morning at 11 at the First Christian Church in Washington. Dr. Michael Price will officiate. Burial will be at Wayne Memorial Park near Goldsboro.
A Wayne County native, Mrs. Weaver was the daughter of the late John Bryant "Dock" Anderson and Emma Adams Anderson and the wife of Dr. Glenn Weaver, pastor emeritus of the First Christian Church of Washington. She graduated from Grantham High School and Western Kentucky State University and was a former school teacher and homemaker. She a member of the CFW in the First Christian Church of Washington.
In addition to Dr. Weaver, who is a resident of Ridgewood Manor, Mrs. Weaver is survived by one son, Stuart Weaver of Snow Hill; her sister, Cleo Anderson Grady, widow of Roscoe Grady of Grantham; one nephew, Carroll Grady of Grantham, and his wife, Dianna; three nieces, LaMuriel G. Swinson and husband Allen Swinson; Kaye G. Parrish and husband Buddy Parrish, and Pamela G. Beamon and husband Larry Beamon, all of Grantham; and a number of great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family will be at the church at 10 on Friday morning to receive friends during the hour prior to the service.
Flowers are welcome; however, memorials may be made to The First Christian Church Building Fund, 401 East 2nd Street, Washington, N.C., 27889; or to the Autism Society, 505 Oberlin Road, Suite 230, Raleigh, N.C., 27605.
