Ann Hammock, 64, of 167 Malcolm-Glenn Lane, LaGrange, died Thursday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
She was the daughter of the late James and Clara Oliver Philley.
Surviving are two brothers, Al Philley of Smithfield and Dewey Philley of Florida, and two sisters, Mary Vincent of Goldsboro and Louise Cox of Tennessee.
A memorial service will be held Monday at 7 p.m. at Wilsons Mills Advent Christian Church in Wilson. Pastor Jill Gonzalez will conduct the service.
Rhodes Funeral Home in Goldsboro is serving the family.
