Clifton Ray Evans, 53, of 983 W.C. Braswell Road, died Friday, Dec. 30, at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.
Born Dec. 10, 1952, he was the son of Charlie Clifton and Grace Pittman Evans of Princeton.
A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at Hephzibah Baptist Church, U.S. 70, Princeton. A private burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Karen Casey Evans of Princeton; one son, Travis Clifton Evans of the home; one daughter, Emily Dawn Evans of Princeton; and two brothers, Donald Evans and Glenn Evans, both of Princeton.
Although flowers are welcome, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Hephzibah Baptist Church Youth and Children's Ministry.
The family will receive friends this evening from 7 until 9 at Casey Funeral Home, Princeton.
