Leo Daniel Mynatt Jr., 80, of Lillian Street, died Monday at Britthaven of Goldsboro.
Private services will be held.
Mr. Mynatt was born in Lake County, Indiana, to the late Leo Mynatt Sr. and Josephine Mynatt. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and was a member of the Disabled American Veterans Association and the Lions Club.
He is survived by his wife, Muriel M. Mynatt; three sons, Leo D. Mynatt III, Harold D. Mynatt Sr. and his wife, Barbara, of Butler, Ind., and Thomas A. Mynatt and his wife, Donna, of Goldsboro; two daughters, Lucinda Counts and her husband, Steve, of Indiana and Michelle Hardin and her husband, Gayle, of Indiana; two sisters, Mary Jo Mynatt of Florida and Lorretta Mynatt of Pennsylvania; and 23 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Mynatt was preceded in death by his brother, Gayle W. Mynatt.
