KINSTON -- Larry Davis, 73, of 2007 CarLyles St., died Sunday at his home.
The funeral will be held Thursday at noon at the United American Free Will Baptist Tabernacle. The Rev. Anthony Lawson will officiate. Burial will be in Davis Cemetery near Albertson.
Mr. Davis is survived by his wife, Bernice Davis of the home; three sons, Carl Davis of Charlotte, Reginald Davis of Charlotte and Larry D. Davis of Kinston; two sisters, Sarah Fulton of Albany, N.Y., and Margie Hill of LaGrange; six brothers, Levi Hill of Hollis, N.Y., Alfonso Davis of Albertson, Willie Davis and Walter Davis of Las Vegas, Nev., Len Davis of Seven Springs and Thurston Davis of Albertson; and six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The viewing will be from 4 until 6 today at Robert Swinson Jr. Memorial Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations may e made to the G.A. Fountain Memorial Scholarship Fund.
