David Clifton Forrest, 70, died Saturday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral arrangements are pending at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
The family will be at the home of his son, Ashley Clifton Forrest, 221 lane Tree Drive, Goldsboro.
