William Isaac Woodard, 60, of 404 Wood St., died Sunday at his home.
A native of Columbus, where he attended the county schools, he was a Veteran of the Vietnam War.
A funeral will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Matthew Free Will Baptist Church in LaGrange. Elder Jimmy Stewart will officiate. Burial will follow in the St. Matthew Church Cemetery, La Grange.
He is survived by his godmother, Willie Lee Dawson of LaGrange; one son, William Martin Woodard of Woodbridge, Va.; one sister, Delores Johnson of Long Island, N.Y.; six brothers, Robert Woodard and wife, Shirley of LaGrange, Clinton Woodard and wife, Delores, Joseph Woodard, both of Brooklyn, N.Y., James Woodard and wife, Margaret of Philadelphia, Pa., Frederick Woodard of California, and John Woodard of Philadelphia, Pa.; two special nephews, Robert Woodard and Medger Woodard of LaGrange; one aunt, and one uncle.
The body may be viewed Saturday from 12 until 1 p.m. at St. Matthew Church in LaGrange.
Funeral arrangements handled by Mitchell's Funeral Home in Greenville.
