LOLA S. MEDLIN

Lola S. Medlin, 69, of Fedelon Trail, died Friday evening at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday morning at 10 at Kenly Cemetery in Kenly. The Rev. Jerry Mitchell will officiate.
Mrs. Medlin was born in Faison to the late Garland Stewart and Laura McLamb Stewart. She was formerly employed as a nurse at Cherry Hospital.
She is survived by one daughter, Vicky Forrest, and her husband, Steve, of Goldsboro; two sisters, Eloise Johnson of Benson and Juanita Phillips and her husband, Bill, of Smithfield; and one grandson, Justin Keefe.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Medlin was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Medlin, and one sister, Janice Grey.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 8:30 at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
