Michael Joseph "BooBoo'' Rook, 37, of Hillsborough, died last Friday.
A memorial service will be held this Friday at 11 a.m. at Greenwood Cemetery in Tarboro.
He is survived by his mother Linda McGhee Rook, Hillsborough; two sisters, Lisa Rook Daughtry of Pikeville and Karen Rook Summerlin of Tarboro; two brothers, Mark Howard Rook and Edward Dwayne Rook, both of Hillsborough
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Carlisle Funeral Home in Tarboro.
