Anthony "Neal" Matthews of Warsaw died unexpectedly on Friday.
He was employed at Petsmart and his hobbies were cooking and gardening.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Anna Carter Mimken and Brian; his father and stepmother, Leonard Matthews and Tomoko; one stepbrother, Dean Clark Butler; one stepsister, Heather R. Lander; three nieces, Erica and Katie Butler and Ashley "Lumi" Matthews; his best friend and partner, Tom Phan; and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The funeral will be held at Community Funeral Home in Warsaw on Tuesday at 7 p.m. Burial will be on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Devotional Gardens in Warsaw.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service on Tuesday night.
