Ronald Bervela Kinser, 69, died Wednesday at his home.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Community Funeral Home in Rose Hill. The Rev. Phillip Seablis will officiate. Burial will be in the Murphy Family Cemetery, Greenevers.
Mr. Kinser was the son of the late Jimmie Alvin and Sally May Bean Kinser, who were from Mocksville. He was a member of Bethel Wesleyan Church of Rose Hill.
He is survived by his wife, Joy Annette Kinser of the home; two sons, Tony Ray Kinser of Atkinson and Donald Jeffery Kinser of Taylorsville; three daughters, Maria Antoinette Kinser Murphy and Jeanine Michele Kinser of Rose Hill and Karen Suzanne Kinser King of Wilmington; one brother, Thomas Alvin Kinser of Cooleemee; two sisters, Katherine Kinser Taylor of Mocksville and Mary Lou Kinser Whitehead of Cleveland, N.C.; and eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 tonight at Community Funeral Home, 309 N. Sycamore St., Rose Hill, and other times at the residence.
