Tanya Nicole Forbes, 34, of 115 Woodshire Drive, died Monday at Pitt Memorial Hospital in Greenville.
Among her survivors is her husband, Jesse Forbes of the home.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries.
