DOROTHY STROUD
KENANSVILLE -- Dorothy Grady Stroud, 72, died Monday at Lenoir Memorial Hospital in Kinston.
The funeral will be held tonight at 7 in the chapel of Community Funeral Home of Warsaw. The Rev. Maynard "Bud" Quinn will officiate. Burial will be on Wednesday morning at 10 at the Stroud Family Cemetery in Albertson.
Mrs. Stroud was the daughter of the late William David Grady and Eliza Southerland Grady of Duplin County. She was a member of The Word of Faith Fellowship Church.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth R. Stroud of Kenansville; two sons, Dennis R. Stroud and wife Nancy of Kenansville and Kenneth D. "Danny" Stroud and wife Rhonda of Pink Hill; grandchildren, April, Jeanette and Jennifer; great-grandchildren, Andrew Lync, Isabella and Sierra; two brothers, Horace Grady and wife Dorothy of Mount Olive and W.B. Grady and wife Eleanor of Turkey; and two sisters, Nancy Jeanette Grady and Betty Jean Grady of Kenansville.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service tonight until 9 p.m.
