NEEDHAM WILDER
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Needham Wilder, 62, formerly of Goldsboro, died Wednesday, May 18, while a patient at Howard University Hospital.
He was born in Greene County to the late Needham and Alberta Strickland Wilder.
A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home. Elder James Barnes will be officiating.
He is survived by his wife, Maurine Wilder of Goldsboro; and three sisters, Erma Diggs, Carolyn Barnes and Linda Williams, all of Goldsboro.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association, 3015 S. Memorial Dr., Suite A, Greenville, N.C., 27834.
