DOROTHY MOORING
Dorothy Broazella Bell Mooring, 85, of Stantonsburg, died Saturday.
The funeral will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Watery Branch Fee Will Baptist Church. The Rev. A.G. Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Stantonsburg Cemetery.
Mrs. Mooring is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Emily Mooring Johnson and Charles of Hampstead; a son and daughter-in-law, Bill R. Mooring and Bonnie of Concord; a sister, Nell Lagowski of Phoenix, Ariz.; two brothers, Donnie Bell of Stantonsburg and Ceyna Bell of Durham; three granddaughters, Debbie Groskie, Lisa Mooring, and Sharon Pruett; two grandsons, Chuck Johnson and Patrick Johnson; and seven great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at Joyner's Funeral Home, 4100 U.S. 264 Alt. West, and other times at 503 S. Main Street, Stantonsburg.
