THELMA LOCKLAIR

SEVEN SPRINGS -- Thelma Flanagan Locklair, 72, of 4033 Arrington Bridge Road, died Thursday at the University of North Carolina Hospital in Chapel Hill.

Mrs. Locklair was born in Wayne County on December 11, 1932 to the late Eugene and Sadie Branch Flanagan. She was a member of Best Chapel FWB Church, and was a Cherry Hospital Retiree.

A funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday at Best Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in Seven Springs. The Rev. William Waters and Dr. George A. Hawkins will officiate. Burial will follow in Wayne Memorial Park in Goldsboro.

She is survived by two daughters, Sharron Kornegay (Robert) of Goldsboro and Lyvone Wallace (Dr. Terry) of Greenville; a brother, Ralph Flanagan of Dudley; three sisters, Louise Johnson of Goldsboro, Donnie Miles of Mount Olive, and Katie Lewis of Seven Springs; and two grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Monday from 8:15 until 9:15 p.m. at Hamilton Funeral Chapel of Goldsboro.
