HARRY E. COTTON

Harry Earl Cotton, 58, died Saturday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

The funeral will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Wayne Memorial Park.

Mr. Cotton resided with his sister, Paulette Brock, at 3106 Central Heights Road, and had spent a number of weeks at Britthaven Rehabilitation Center.

He was a native of Wayne County and was the son of the late Paul Franklin Cotton and Lila Mae Mooring Cotton and was married to the late Mattie Louise Edwards Cotton. He had worked with Pate-Dawson Company for 14 years and later worked with Franklin Baking Company. He was a former member of the Salvation Army Church. Britthaven Rehab.

In addition to his sister, Mr. Cotton is survived by two daughters, Jennifer and Jessica of Fayetteville; another sister, Nora Eleanor Lawrence of LaGrange; two brothers, Jesse Elwood Cotton and Charles Franklin Cotton of Goldsboro; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, William Patrick Cotton and Bobby Ray Cotton, and a sister, Earline Price.

Flowers are welcome, or memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 3015 S. Memorial Drive, S-A, Greenville, N.C., 27834.

The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
