DAISY SWINSON
A funeral service for Daisy Mae McIntyre Swinson will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at New Stoney Hill Holy Church. Pastor Howard E. McNair will officiate. Burial will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Swinson is survived by her husband, Clarence Swinson; six sons, Clarence Jr. of Sacramento, Calif., Charles of Greensboro, Thaddeus of Sioux Falls, S.D., Richard of Pikeville, Ronald and Elder Darryl Swinson, both of Goldsboro; four daughters, Jean S. Thorpe of Chapel Hill, Gloria S. Spears of Goldsboro, Brenda S. Wooten of Goldsboro and Diane S. Turner of Warner Robins, Ga.; one sister, Minnie Bell McIntyre Hill of Goldsboro; 24 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be held Monday from 1 until 6 p.m. The family will receive friends from 6 until 7 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries.
