RACHEL WEAVER
NEWTON GROVE -- Rachel Cox Weaver, 85, died Monday.
The funeral will be held by the graveside on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park. The Rev. Roger White will officiate.
Mrs. Weaver is survived by her husband, John Weaver Jr.; a daughter and son-in-law, Margie and Hubert Weaver of Roseboro; a daughter-in-law, Dora Weaver-Orr of Monroe; one sister, Annie C. Lee of Newton Grove; one brother, Joe Cox of Mount Olive; and three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, John Earl Weaver.
The family will receive friends at West & Dunn Funeral Home from 7 until 9 tonight.
