WILLIAM MOORE
WILSON -- A graveside service for William B. "Hoppy" Moore, 66, will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at Maplewood Cemetery.
Mr. Moore died Sunday at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro.
A native of Nash County, he was of the Baptist Faith and was a U.S. Army Veteran. His parents were the late Ernest and Mary Moore.
He is survived by one daughter, Angie Pittman of Clayton; two sons, Tony Moore and Heath Moore of Wilson; one brother, tom Moore of Wilson; and three grandchildren.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 8:30 at Thomas-Yelverton Funeral at Evergreen Memorial Park Funerals and Cremations.
