ERNEST DEAVER
ALBERTSON -- Ernest Deaver, 89, of 724 Piney Grove Road, died Tuesday at Lenoir Memorial Hospital in Kinston.
The funeral will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Pink Hill Funeral Home. The Reverends Don Gray and Bud Quinn will conduct the service. Burial will be in the Jones Family Cemetery.
Mr. Deaver is survived by his wife of 68 years, Bonnie Adell Jones Deaver; one daughter, Margo Morris of Kinston; two sons, Martell Deaver of Albertson and Delmas Deaver of Kinston; on sister, Fleta Stroud of Greenville; and four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at Pink Hill Funeral Home in Pink Hill, and other times at the residence.
