OSCAR BROWN
KINSTON -- Oscar Lee Brown, 67, died Sunday.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Brown of the home; three daughters, Debbie M. Rouse of Kinston, Jo Ann Sanderson of LaGrange and Kimberly Jane Brown of Kinston; two sons, James Ray Brown of the home and Preston Lee Brown of Kinston; one sister, Eleanor Nelson of Kinston; one brother, Robert G. "Bobby" Brown of Kinston; and seven grandchildren
The family will receive friends today from 5 until 7 at Westminster United Methodist Church and a memorial service will follow at 7 with the Rev. Haywood Smith officiating.
At other times the family will receive friends at the home of Preston and Rebecca Brown, 1730 Rusty Lee Road.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Westminster United Methodist Church, 1001 Westminster Lane, Kinston.
Howard-Carter Funeral Home is serving the family.
