ALMETRIA N. DAVIS
A funeral service for Almetria N. Davis, formerly of 710 Slaughter St., will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at Pentecostal Holy Church, 600 E. Pine St. Bishop Leamon Dudley and Evangelist Sadie Richardson will officiate. Burial will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Davis is survived by two sons, Floyd D. Newkirk of Greensboro, and Edward Mose of Philadelphia; two grandchildren, Jamel and Saeed Newkirk of Greensboro.
A viewing will be held Monday from 12 until 1 p.m. at the church. The family will meet at the home of Bishop and Mrs. Leamon Dudley, 103 Virginia St., for procession to the church.
