LISA G. KING
Lisa Grupp King, 75, died Sunday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
She was born in Stuttgart, Germany, to the late Emil and Emma Knaublauch Grupp. She attended Seymour Johnson Air Force Base Chapel and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Goldsboro Chapter #54.
She is survived by her husband, Tommie R. King of Goldsboro; one son and daughter-in-law, Johnny E. and Brenda King of Rocky Mount; one brother, Eugene Kreamer of Winnipeg, Canada; four sisters, Anita Breitenbuecher of Erdmann-hausen, Germany, Emilie Pfizenmaier of Oberstenfeld, Germany, Rose Marie Dold of Steinheim, Germany, and Margot Bruchmann of Berlin, Germany; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The family will honor her request that no formal services be held.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Kitty Askins Hospice Center, 107 Handley Park Court, Goldsboro, N.C., 27534.
Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home and Crematory of Goldsboro is serving the family.
