DURHAM -- Helen Mildred Norbert Wall, 78, of 902 Midway Ave., died Wednesday evening at her home after a period of declining health.
Mrs. Wall was born in Goldsboro, the daughter of the late John Charles and Anna Mae Douglas Norbert. She was a retired employee of Burlington Industries and attended Sherron Acres Free Will Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Richard E. Wall; daughter, Jean Pollard Olson of Oxford; brother, Billy Ray Norbert of North Carolina; and two granddaughters and four great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held Saturday 11 a.m. at Clements Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Eddie Dollar officiating.
The family will receive friends Saturday morning from 10 until 11 at Clements Funeral Home in Durham.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Duke Community Hospice Services, 4321 Medical Park Dr., Ste 101, Durham, N.C., 27704.
